Vanessa Carroll LMHC LCAC

Owner and Clinical Director

Vanessa Carroll graduated from Purdue University with a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. She is licensed in the state of Indiana as a Mental Health Therapist and a Clinical Addictions Counselor. Her experience in the field is diverse, including working in youth residential treatment centers, adult correctional facilities, home-based family services, Intensive Outpatient Substance treatment and clinical supervisor positions. Vanessa has experience using Trauma informed care, DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing to treat clients of all ages and disorders.

Athena Soleim LCSW

Therapist

Athena Soleim, MSW, LCSW, graduated from Indiana University with her Master of Social Work degree with an emphasis on mental health and addictions. She has trained and practiced extensively in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Athena has experience using DBT to help children, teenagers, young adults and adults with depression, anxiety, family conflict, coping with stress, substance abuse, anger, and developing parenting skills. She has experience in program development and management as well.

Ashley Jackson LMHC

Ashley Jackson, LMHC graduated in 2012 with a Master of Art’s in Counseling Psychology from The Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Illinois. She is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults, utilizing their individual strengths to overcome emotional, behavioral, and other life changes. Her overall goal is to create a safe and accepting therapeutic space. Ashley works with a variety of concerns and individuals of all ages, but specializes in working with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, parent/child relationships, bonding and attachment, parent training, and other life changes and stress. She utilizes CBT coupled with other Evidenced-Based Treatments.
